These rings are made from 14g aluminum, they are thin and light weight. These are adjustable ring and will fit sizes 5.5-7 comfortably. It is not recommend to continue bending the metal once you get it to fit your size as continuously bending metal will break it.

1/4 x 3” 16 Gauge Wrap Ring Polished Aluminum US Size 5.5-12 please state your size in the notes to seller. If you don’t yup will receive a “medium 6-8 size” Pure Aluminum 1100

The aluminum will not rust or turn your skin green, you can wear them in water. I try to use a permanent black ink so make the design stand out, but any water or chemicals can cause that to fade away after time.
